Note 1: The first child named Stuart Gamble Keenan was born in 1880, registered number 25518/1880 (NSW Register of Births Deaths and Marriages).  His death in 1884 is registered number 13679/1884.
Note 2: Six months after the death of Stuart Gamble Keenan a child was born and named Stewart Gamble Keenan (registered number 33555/1885). (I have a copy of his birth certificate.) He is also recorded on the Electoral Rolls as Stewart. However, the register of his death spells his first name, incorrectly, as Stuart, not Stewart (registered number 35405/1969).  He is referred to, incorrectly, as Stuart in the Keenan history published in 1949 - see link above. He is also referred to as Stuart Keenan, and sometimes Stuart Gamble Keenan, in land transfer documents at the NSW Titles Office (e.g. Cert. of Title, Vol. 4928 Folio 91).
Note 3: The birth certificate summary of Annie Keenan produced from an on-line search of the NSW Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages states that her name was Sarah S Keenan, that her father's name was John and that her mother's name was Harriet. This needs further investigation.
Note 4: I have a copy of the death certificate of Annie Keenan. However, the death certificate summary of Annie Keenan produced from an on-line search of the NSW Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages states that her father's name was John and her mother's name was Mary J. These may be transcription errors.
